An exciting opportunity has arisen for a teacher/researcher role, as a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer, within the field of English Literature. The ideal candidate will have an excellent track record in teaching (including team teaching), should have a strong publication record and experience in successful post-graduate supervision.
Specifically, we are seeking an established academic with:
• Expertise in 20th and 21st Century literature,
• Experience in teaching contemporary critical theory
• A background in poetry
• Evidence of high quality research and research engagement; and
• Teaching and/or research experience in postcolonialism/transnational literature, including the intersecting effects of colonialism, decolonization, migration, and globalization.
